Quality Matters Welcomes Norma!
My name is Norma Esparza, the new Quality Matters Administrative Assistant. I graduated from Mount Toro High School and went to Heald Business College where I earned my Associates Degree in Computer Business Administration. I soon began my work career at North Salinas High School as a Registrar’s Assistant. I later transitioned to Monterey County Home Charter School where I have dedicated 11 years of my work career. I hold great value and appreciation to Home Charter School and its Administration, teacher’s and support staff. I live in Salinas with my husband, and my three children. Aside from work I enjoy hiking, dancing and spending time with my loved ones. I love our summer barbecues, and going to the beach. We enjoy going to amusement parks on long summer days. I foresee great things happening in 2018! I’m excited to be part of the Educational Service family.
